2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli1 can Campbell's fat free cream of mushroom soup2 eggs4 oz. sharp cheddar3/4 cup light or fat free mayo1 medium onion1/2 cup Ritz crackers
Mix ingredients (except crackers). Put in well buttered backing dish. Sprinkle top with crackers and dot with butter
Bake at 350 for 305 minutes or until no longer runny. If in refrigerator, bake for 45 minutes or until no longer runny.
