Maple Mustard Pork Loin

Ingredients
About 4 lbs pork loin1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup Dijon Mustard2 tbs Real Maple Syrup1 tbs Fresh Rosemary chopped4 cloves garlic crushed and minced6 springs fresh rosemary8 oz bacon
Directions
In a large plastic bag, mix mustard, oil, maple syrup, garlic and chopped rosemary. Add Pork and turn to coat. Marinate in fridge at least an hour. In a roasting pan, lay out the sprigs of rosemary. Put pork on top and lay bacon over the top. Roast at 375 for about an hour.
