4 oz. Chicken Breast- Thawed5 Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers1/4 Cup Campbell's Condensed Soup- Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place thawed chicken breast in a baking dish.
Pour 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese soup over the top of the chicken.
Crush 1 serving (5 reduced fat Ritz crackers) in a seperate bowl. Sprinkle the crushed Ritz on top of the chicken.
Cover baking dish and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Enjoy!
