40-30-30 Stuffed Turkey Breast

1 - 3 oz. turkey breast, pounded thin1 piece of low carb bread, toasted1 tsp. olive oilSplash of skim milk1 cup green beans1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/8 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp basil flakes1/16 tsp garlic powder
Put the toasted bread into a food processor along with the spice combination and blend into a fine crumb.
Add a splash of the skim milk (enough to make the breadcrumbs stick together) and mix.
Stuff half of the turkey breast with the stuffing and fold over the other half on top (like you would a dumpling).
Pin the turkey breast closed with the toothpicks.
Cover and fry in a skillet with the oil. Turn the chicken once, when it is golden brown on one side.
Serve with cooked grean beans and unsweetened applesauce.

I have a very similar recipe, and your calorie count is off (didn't include all ingredients). May want to do a quick edit to fix... The correct calories should be around 140 without the green beans or applesauce. Other than that though, its a very yummy recipe, well worth the work. - 10/3/09
