Raspberry & Cucumber Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
Half a container of Greek Yogurt3/4 cup frozen or fresh but chilled raspberries1/4 cucumber with peel, chopped upcold water OR Danactive 3 oz.optional-blueberries, a tbs of jam, or honey to sweeten it up, or if you don't mind the edge leave it out
Directions
Put all ingredients in a mixer... then enjoy alone or with a wheat biscuit!
