Salad, Tuna and Great Greens

Ingredients
1 C. Spinach, Arugula, Lettuce Mix or other greens1/2 cup chopped fennel bulb1/2 cup chopped radicchio or red cabbage1 head endive, chopped1 T chopped fresh italian parsley1T chopped fresh basil (optional)1 large red bell sliced into strips (seeds removed)1 hard boiled egg, chopped1 3 oz can water packed tuna, drained1 oz feta cheese, crumbled12 kalamata olives
Directions
Combine all the veggies in a large bowl. Toss to mix. Marvel at all the colors. Top with the tuna , crumbled feta, hardboiled egg and capers.
Enjoy with a vinegarette dressing.
