* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup * Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup * Black Pepper , 1 tsp * Salt, 1 dash * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp * Bread, whole wheat , 2 slice * Curry powder, 1 tsp * Romaine Lettuce * Tomato * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
In a food processor, grind chickpeas, mayo, salt, pepper, onion ,curry powder, oregano until well blended but still kinda chunky. Put mixture on whole wheat toast and top with lettuce and tomato.
