Chicken Breast, no skin, 2- 6ozOnions, raw, .5 medium Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, .34 cupCinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Ginger, ground, .12 tsp
Chop breasts into pieces same with onion place in pot and cover with water bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 20 mins
pre heat oven to 375 and while that's heating mix together soy sauce with spices drain chicken and onion broth can be saved to use later. place chicken in sauce and coat well place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 mins can coat chicken as it cooks with any remaining sauce.
