Flour, Whole Wheat Pastry, 2.5 cup Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Smart Balance Cooking Oil, 3 tbsp Splenda, 2 tsp
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Mix milk and oil. Make a depression in center of dry ingredients and pour in liquid mixture all at once. Stir with a fork until dough leaves the side of the bowl. Knead dough gently on a lightly floured surface 18 times.
Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.

The recipe was tasty, but the directions were poor. No baking temperature was on the recipe so I baked them at 400F for 8 minutes, then checked them every minute until they were done about 11 total. The mix wasn't wet enough either with the amount of milk and oil so I added a little whipping cream. - 5/20/14
