    I would definitely make this again, although it takes a little time, I would concider having ingredients ready in advance
    It is so delicious & healthy it is well worth the time you can not taste the spinach & Kale at all ! It's a refreshing sweet tropical treat! - 2/12/10

    I know these smoothies are awesome! I make them myself often. People get turned off from the spinich and kale, but honestly you can't taste it! And it loads you up on the nutrients! - 1/16/09
