Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2- 6ozGarlic powder, .25 tsp Poultry seasoning, .25 tsp Paprika, .75 tsp Onions, raw, .25 medium mincedTomato Sauce, 1 cup
Directions
Pre heat oven 375
mince up your onion and add everything but the chicken into a bowl.. coat chicken with sauce and place in a baking dish bake 40-50 mins or until chicken is no longer pink inside.

This is great served with brown or wild rice
