Bananas in Coconut Milk

Ingredients
7 oz - Light Coconut milk (half of a 14oz can)2 small Bananas - diced1/2 C Brown Sugar - packed1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions
Heat Coconut milk to boiling.
Stir in bananas, brown sugar and salt.
Reduce heat to medium.
Cook for 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 - 1/4 Cup servings.

Tastes great mixed into cooked oatmeal or even over a scoop of vanilla ice cream...or just by itself.
