Fat-Free Low Cal Potato Soup

Ingredients
8 small potatoes, chopped and peeled1 large yellow onion, cut in large pieces2 cans FF chicken broth1.75 c watersalt to taste
Directions
Combing all ingredients in a large pot on stove. Cook over med-low heat until potatoes are tender. Either mix with electic mixer right in the pan, or pour contents into blender/food processor until desired consistency is reached.

If you have room in your food/calorie budget, add cheese or diced ham for an even yummier treat! (not included in nutritional info)
