Mexican Zucchini

Ingredients
4 cups Zucchini cut into either sticks or slices1 cup salsa1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Heat your frying pan and spray with Pam cooking spray. put 1/2 cup salsa in the pan and lay your zucchini sticks/slices in the salsa. simmer until the zucchini is soft when poked with a fork. lay cooked zucchini on a microwave safe plate and sprinkle cheese over the top. Microwave for one minute until cheese is melted and serve.
