Asian Glazed Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
GLAZE:1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce2 tbsp Lemon Juice1 tbsp Dijon Mustard1 tbsp Honey1 tbsp Sesame Oil1 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce1 tbsp grated Ginger Root2 - 12 oz Pork Tenderloins
Directions
GLAZE: combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Preheat grill to medium-high setting. Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Grill port for about 16 minutes, turning occasionally. Pork should be just slightly pink in the centre. Do not overcook pork or it will be dry.

Brush pork generously with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking time. The more you baste, the better the taste will be.

Place pork on a cutting board, cover loosely with floil and let rest for 5 minutes. cut into thin slices and serve.

Goes great with brown rice
