Turkey Burger Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey burger1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup of 1% milk2 cups of sliced fresh, mushrooms1/2 cup chopped onions
Directions
Start out by browning the turkey burger on medium heat. Add the mushrooms and onions and continue to cook (covered) until mushrooms and onions are softened, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile wisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Once veggies are done add the soup/milk mixture. Continue to cook until it gets nice and bubbly. The sauce will seem a little thin but once removed from the heat it will thicken up. Serve over hot, whole wheat noodles or brown rice. Enjoy!
