1 Dark Chocolate cake mix 1 can pumkin 2 eggs 1 egg white 1 scoop EAS Advant-edge Soy Protein Powder
Add ingredients as instructed on box. Leaving out the oil. Change one egg white for one egg. Add in protein powder. Mix well for 2 mins.
Line muffin pan with liners.
Bake at Box instructed Temp for about 20 mins.
Do note these muffin are very moist and might require a few more minutes.
They freeze well.
