Meatballs with Coconut Flour

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground buffalo1/4 cup coconut flour2 eggs1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly and form into little 2 in. balls. Heat oil in a skillet and cover over medium heat until browned on all sides.
