Ingredients
2 sm cans of healthy request cream of mushroom soup1 cup of Fat Free Sour Cream2 Cups of Salsa4 cups of rice
Directions
I took the sauce from the Slow Cooker Salsa chicken because it was runny. I put it in a pan and brought it to a boil then added rice covered and removed from heat. Served with the chicken.
