ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz..25 cup crushed crackers2 tbsp of extra light olive oil2 large Eggs1 clove garlic2 tsp each of Oregano, and Thyme (dried)1 tsp each of basil and Parsley(dried)1/2 tbsp of dried onion
mix with hands, just until combined. Transfer to loaf pan. Bake at 425, for 45 min or until reaches 180 degrees with themometor.
