White Wine & Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
2 pounds chicken pieces3 tbs. dijon mustard1 cup white wine2 tbs. olive oil
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil in pan about 5 min.
Preheat oven to 475.
Mix in a bowl the mustard and wine.
Put browned chicken in roasting pan.
Pour wine mixture over chicken.
Season with a little salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turn over, bake for an additional 25 minutes.
Serve.
