Salsa Pot Roast

Ingredients
3lb Beef Chuck Roast1 cup and 1/4 cup Salsa1 Can beef broth
Directions
Trim any fat off meat. Brown Roast then add to crock pot with broth and 1 cup salsa. Cook for 1 hour on high then for 3-4 hours on low. When done, skim any fat then add 1/4 cup salsa.
