Ingredients
1- 8 inch flour tortilla.25 tbs -vegenaise (grapeseed oil variety)2 -strips of smart bacon.25 tsp- of yellow mustard4 grape tomatoes quartered.25 cup of fresh spinach
Directions
-cook vegan bacon in microwave for 1.5 minutes (let sit)
-take 1 flour tortilla and spread with vegenaise and mustard
-lay bacon in center of tortilla
-top with spinach and quartered grape tomatoes
-roll burrito style and ENJOY!
