Mmmm, this sounds like a great way to stretch my eggs and maybe get family to try wheat flour..I would love to start using wheat flour but dont think family will go for it tho, well no knowing it that is.lol.I have a Q though..is there much of a diff in taste between the flours? Thanks for sharing. - 1/12/09

I grind my own white wheat berries, so it isn't as dark as the whole wheat flour you would buy in the store. Fresh ground tastes a lot better than store bought as well. If your family is not used to whole wheat flour, start by using 1/4 or 1/3 whole wheat and increase as they get used to it.

Easy, and fast. Instead of the turkey sausage I ground chicken & added the spice blend creating my own sausage. Love it - 4/1/12

I made this with 2 Laughing Cow French Onion Cheese Wedges, Morningstar Veggie Italian Sausage, spicy sea salt & green chile powder. YUM! - 4/5/10

Very easy - a little heavier than the recipe that you put bread cubes in but very close. I will definitey make it again! I added onion, green pepper, and pepper. - 9/19/09
