1 pound of ground turkey1 can (2 cups) Petite cut tomatoes 1 can (2 cups)chicken broth1/2 bag Success brown rice (prebagged)1 small zucchini1-1/12 cup onion3 small cloves of garlic
brown turkey, add garlic, zucchini and onions, season with salt, cumin, red pepper (to desired heat) and black pepper. When garlic, zucchini and onions have cooked, add chicken stock plus a 1/2 cup of water and bring to low boil. Add 1/2 a package of pre bagged Success Brown Rice. Simmer until rice is done. Add can of petite cut tomatoes and bring up to temperature. May serve with a TBS of low-fat sour cream.
