Ingredients
12 torn corn tortillas 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom 10.75 oz can cream of chicken 10 oz can drained rotel tomatoes garlic powder salt pepper 1 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Peheat the oven to 350
2. Mix the first eight ingredients together
3. Spoon into a 13x9 ungreased pan
4. Top with the cheese
5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes

    My husband and I both thought this was great. A bit spicy for us, but still very good. The only things I changed were that I used the reduced fat cream soups and added about 1/2 cup of light sour cream to the mix. Very tasty and it made ALOT! - 3/20/09
