Zesty Italian Chicken w/Potatoes & Carrots

6 - 6oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts6 small potatoes cut into cubes9 oz baby carrots1 16oz bottle zesty italian dressing
Preheat oven to 375.
Wash potatoes & cut into small cubes.
Place potatoes & baby carrots in 9x13" pan
Pour 1/2 the bottle of dressing over potatoes & carrots.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven & stir.
Place chicken breasts on top of potatoes & carrots.
Pour the rest of the dressing on top of the chicken.
Return to the oven for 40 - 50 minutes, checking at half way to stir.
Allow to cool & serve.
