Ingredients
Chopped Celery- 4 stalkschopped Carrots- 1/2 cupchopped zuccini and summer squash-1 eachchopped onion-1/2 C6 chicken legs-skin removed4 chicken thighs -skin removed2 cans cream of mushroom soupSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
add chicken to large baking dish. Top with all the veggies- seasoning each layer to taste. Top with soup. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until veggies are at desired doneness.
