Easy Nori (Seaweed) Soup

3 cups tap water2 tsp Knorr Chicken Boullion (or one Knorr cube)1 1/2 sheets dried seaweed (nori)1 large egg, beaten
In a medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Stir in boullion until dissolved. Tear nori sheet into 2 in. sq. pieces and drop into boiling water. When water reaches a rolling boil, slowly pour beaten egg into water. Keep soup boiling until egg appears solid and cream-colored. Serve hot.
