Ingredients
Directions
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless1 packet taco seasoning1 cup picante sauce1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese (I like cheddar)1/4 cup fat free sour creamFlour tortillas
Spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts and cover them with the taco seasoning and salsa.
Cook on low for 8 hours. When the chicken is finished, shred the meat with a fork. Add cheese and sour cream to the mixture.
Serve with flour tortillas and any other "fixings" you'd like to go with the tacos.
Variation: occasionally, I add a bag of whole kernel corn to the chicken meat while it is cooking.
