Mexican Cube Steaks

* Beef, round steak, 1 lb (4 cube steaks) * ground cumin, .5 tsp * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced * Salsa, 2 cup (16 oz. jar) * Salt & pepper to taste
Makes 4 servings.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Sprinkle steaks with cumin, salt & pepper, then place in casserole dish.
3. Place the onions and bell pepper strips over the top of the steak and pour the salsa over the top.
4. Cover dish and bake approx 35 minutes or until steak is tender.
Delicious served over rice.
