Beef Barley Soup

1 lb of Beef Cubed - may also purchase Beef for beef stew4 14.5 ounce Cans of Beef Broth2 Carrots Chopped2 Celery Stalks Chopped1/2 Peeled Potato Cubed1 14.5 Ounce can of Whole Tomatoes2 Cups of Water1 Cup of Medium Barley
Start by chopping all vegetables and setting them aside. Brown beef in a medium size pot on medium heat. Once been is browned, crush tomatoes over pot and add tomatoes to pot. Be sure to add all juice to the pot as well. Add in all vegetables and add in beef broth and water. Bring to a boil and add barley. Cook until barley is fully cooked stirring often. May add mozzarella cheese to your bowl of soup for extra flavor.
