Healthy Apple Streusel Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour1 Tablespoon Stevia2 Tsp. aluminum free baking powder1/2 tsp. sea salt1 beaten range-free egg1/2 cup rice or almond milk1/4 cup coconut oil1/2 cup chopped apple
Directions
Stir together the flour, stevia, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chopped apple. Turn into a greased 9X9X2 inch baking pan. Combine 1 tablespoon flour, butter & cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 about 25 minutes.
