Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

1 head of broccoli (chopped1 head of cauliflower (chopped)1/2 onion (chopped)3 stalks celery (chopped)3/4 cup (not packed) raisins2/3 cup mayo1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup vinegar
Chop and mix together broccoli, cauliflower, onion, celery and raisins in a large bowl. Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and add to broccoli mixture. Keep chilled.

I hope you can be bold enough to make this recipe and discover it is really quite tasty. Sometimes you have to make a recipe and really taste it even if the list of ingredients looks strange to see what the combination of flavors will bring. Can't judge a book by its cover:)

Sounds great.I love raw veggies.But I will use low fat mayo and splenda. - 1/11/09

Great idea on the low-fat mayo and Splenda. Lower in fat and calories, but still just as tasty.
