Scallops, 12 large or 28 small1 tsp garlic chopped1 1tsp basil chopped 2 TB parmesan cheese, grated1 TB olive oil pepper to taste
Set Broiler on high. Place raw scallops in baking dish and sprinkle with pepper. In a bowl mix grated parmesan, chopped garlic and chopped basil. Top scallops with cheese mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Broil for 10 minutes or until scallops are cooked through and topping is golden. Serve immediately.
