14.5 ounces skinless Chicken BreastPepper2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms1/4 Cup sliced Scallions1 Clove minced Garlic1/2 Cup Land O Lakes Fat Free Half and Half 1/4 Cup Kraft Free Mozzarella Cheese2 TBSP Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
In a large skillet sprayed with Pam cook chicken with pepper. Add mushrooms, scallions, and garlic to chicken to cook. Once fully cooked, drained off any excess drippings.
Add Fat Free Cream until simmering. Reduce heat and add mozzarella cheese until melted. Mix in bread crumbs and mixture will thicken.
Serve over whole-grain pasta or whole grain rice.
