Nutty Banana Bread

Ingredients
Ingredients: *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Butter, unsalted, 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup, packed Eggs, 2 large Banana, 2 cups, mashed Vanilla 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp wheat germ, 1 TbspFlaxseed, 1 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. ( I use canola).
In large bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, wheat germ, and flaxseed. Then, in a separate bowl cream butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir in eggs, mashed banana, and applesauce until well mixed. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Pour into pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 min. in pan then cool completely on wire rack.
