Garlic and Rosemary Whiting Fillet

Ingredients
1 Whiting FilletI can't believe it's not butter spray2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp rosemary (dried)1 lemon wedge
Directions
*Take whiting fillet and place in frying pan
*In pan, spray the I Can't Believe it's Not Butter on the fillet
*Next , top with garlic and rosemary
*Fry in pan for about 7.5 min on one side, slip over and fry on opposite side for an additional 7.5 min or until completely cooked.

Excellent served with vermicelli noodles and sauteed mushrooms and red, yellow, and green peppers in buttery garlic sauce with a glass of white zinfindal!
