Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients
1.5 to 2 pound pork roast (pork loin or sirloin)1 tsp dried sage3 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup ketchup1/4 tsp ginger1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 red wine vinegar
Directions
Combine sage, 2 cloves crushed garlic, salt and black pepper -- rub seasoning blend all over roast. Mix brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and remaining clove of garlic together in a small bowl. Place roast in slow cooker, and pour the sugar/soy sauce mixture over roast. Cook on low for 8 hours or until done.
