STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS

1 box of Jumbo Shells1 pound ground turkey1 cup frozen spinich (thawed)1/2 cup finely chopped onion2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp nutmeg1 egg1/4 cup bread crumbs1 can hunts four cheese sphaghetti sauce1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat:oven to 350.
Cook; jumbo shells according to instructions, drain, reserve 1/3c water.
Cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain if needed. Add spinach, onion, garlic, reserved pasta water, continue cooking 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add seasonings, blend well. Let mixture cool.
Pour 1 cup of the sauce into the bottom of a 13X9 baking dish.
Fill jumbo shells with meat mixture. Place in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese over the top, comver with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
