healthy beef stew

Ingredients
2 pounds of stew meat cubed3 medium red potatos quarterd1 small onion chopped3 large carrots cut1 cup fresh green beanshalf of a 10oz bag of frozen peashealthy request cream of mushroom soup
Directions
combine all of the ingrediants together in a crockpot, use the empty can from the soup and fill with hot water pour into the crockpot.
set on med high for 5 hours
