Asian Pork and Mushroom Burger Wraps

Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Shiitake Mushrooms, 113 grams Ground Pork, 16 oz Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Ginger Root, 3 tsp 1 tsp. Sriracha2 tbsp. minced lemongrass1 tsp. course salt
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add lemongrass and garlic and sautee for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt and sautee until mushrooms are tender (about 4 min.). Remove from heat and cool in skillet.
Place pork in bowl and add in other ingredients plus mushroom mixture. Shape into patties and broil on Lo until cooked through. Serve with bibb lettuce leaves for wrapping.
