Tuna and Potato Chowder

Ingredients
1 Medium onion, Chopped2 Tbsp Light margarine2 Pints Fat free half and half2 (6 oz) cans tuna in water drained and flaked2 (10 3/4 oz) cans Cream of potato soup2 medium potatoes peeled and cubed1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
In a saucepan, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add cream and canned soups; bring to a boil. Stir in the potatoes, salt and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in tuna and heat through.
