Mango Chicken Sausage with onions & bell peppers

Ingredients
1 package of 4 Aidells Mango Chicken Smoked Sausage (sliced diagonally into pieces)Bell Peppers (Fresh tri colored) 1 cupOnions sliced 1 CupGarlic 1 clove chopped1 tblsp of Canola oil
Directions
the servings size is basically four even scoops (approx 1 cup)

heat the canola oil on skillet then add chicken sausage, bell peppers, onions and garlic. takes about 15 minutes all and all.

I serve it with a cup of brown rices and broccoli.
