Lentil and Bulgur Mix

Ingredients
lentils 1.5 cupswater 6 cupsbulgur 1 cup dryGarlic 1 tsponions 1 mediumolive oil, 1 TBspspinach, 3 cupstomato, 2 mediumTo taste: Cumin, Oregano, Nutmeg
Directions
Prepare the lentils separately. Add a bit of cumin to the lentils while they soak.
Throw the onions and garlic in with olive oil to the bottom of a large pot. Cook to soften. Add water and bulgur. Bring to boil, cook 20 minutes.
Drain lentils and add to bulgur.
Add spinach, tomato.
Add water as needed - this can be a stew or a soup depending on taste.
Season with spices to taste.
