Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal1/3 cup egg beaters1 tablespoon vegetable oi1/2 cup skim milk1/4 cup stivea( splenda) -I actually used stevia instead of splenda; they have the same calorie info, but the search engine did not have it listed.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray small baking dish with non stick spray. Mix ingredients as listed. Bake for 30 minutes.
