Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil1/3 cup chopped green onions2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons white wine vinegar1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halvesCooking spray
Directions
To prepare chicken, combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken to basil mixture, turning to coat.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan; cook 8 minutes on each side or until done.

While chicken cooks, prepare aioli.

    We enjoyed this recipe! The lemon was great - we grow our own basil so that was great...! The calorie count listed is all messed up - but the taste on this one was good! I served it over Zatarain's dirty rice - XLNT combo! This is a keeper and we're making it again - 3/11/11
