Ingredients
6 egg whites, room temp.5 cup sugar.25 cup Spleanda1 tsp vanilla1/16 tsp salt1/8 tsp cram of tartar
Directions
130° C oven preheat

Makes 4 servings

Butter and sugar a souffle dish, or deep round casserole dish.

Beat egg whites til soft peaks, add salt and cream of tartar, beat til stiff peaks, add vanilla.

Pour into buttered and sugared baking dish, bake at 130°C for 35-40 minutes, better more than less. Will puff.

Let cookl, serve with creme anglaise, liquidy custard, or pudding made with too much milk.

Called Ile Flottante in French.
