Ingredients
8 oz. reduced fat crescent rolls 12 oz. turkey sausage1 cup low fat shredded cheese1 cup hash browns8 oz egg whites1/4 cup skim milk1 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Brown turkey sausage.

Roll out crescent rolls flat on a pizza pan. You can use any pan, but make it fit because the egg will run.

Spread hash browns on crescent rolls.

Spread Sausage on crescent rolls.

Spread cheese on crescent rolls.

Mix egg whites, milk and salt and pepper and pour on top of crescent rolls.

Bake for 25 minutes.

    I used Canandian bacon sliced for pizza instead of turkey sausage and omitted the salt. The girls I had over for breakfast could not believe how good this healthy pizza tasted! I served freshly sliced strawberries with it. They had decaf coffee or tea. It looked fancy and tasted great! - 5/13/10
