Nigella's Minestrone in Minutes

Ingredients
1 400g tin Mixed bean salad1 400g tin chopped tomatoes or 300g pasta sauce of your choice750mL chicken stock100g soup pasta
Directions
1. Drain the beans and put them into a saucepan with the pasta sauce and hot stock.
2. Bring the pan to the boil and then add the pasta, cooking according to the instructions on the packet.
3. Once the pasta is tender, switch off the pan, remove to a cool surface and let stand for 5–10 minutes or just eat straight away.

    Great cool weather use for extra 3 bean salad can from the summer. Probably less sodium than premade minestrone soup - 3/28/09
